A public opinion in general:
Fully aware of the commitment that one day we made to the residents of this city and the inescapable duty to account for our institutional acts, we come by this means to participate on time of the reasons that determined the change of name of our legislative bloc.
The first and most important of them is closely tied to our radical ideology and the exercise of our intellectual honesty. In compliance with these conceptual references and the noble pride that each of us feels for his militancy and full respect for democracy, sorry we could no longer be part of a policy area where the violation of the plurality and individual freedoms were set aside.
